The Blackland Prairie Festival is the result of a cooperative effort between the City of Plano, Blackland Prairie Festival, Inc. and the Plano Merchant’s Association.

Ever get interested in Plano history or art in Plano? Have you ever worked with the City’s Parks and Recreation Department? If you answered, “yes” to either of those questions, then you may have met one of us. We’ve volunteered our free time (what’s that?) to put this festival together.
